Compared to our other vineyards, the Bockenheimer Schlossberg is lower and therefore more protected.
The rich supply of nutrients is ideal for growing Burgundy grape varieties. The prevailing warmth here combined with the limestone soil causes the extraordinary richness and strength of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay.
