Right of cancellation

You may cancel your contract within two weeks without providing a reason, either in writing (e.g., by letter, fax, email, or cancellation form) or, if the goods are delivered to you before the period expires, by returning the goods. The period begins upon receipt of this notice in writing, but not before the goods have been received by the recipient (or, in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before we have fulfilled our information obligations pursuant to Section 312c (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Section 1 (1), (2), and (4) of the BGB-InfoV, as well as our obligations pursuant to Section 312e (1) sentence 1 of the BGB in conjunction with Section 3 of the BGB-InfoV. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the goods in a timely manner. The cancellation must be addressed to:

Consequences of cancellation

In the event of an effective withdrawal, the benefits received by both parties must be returned and any derived benefits (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you are unable to return the received goods in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to provide compensation for their value. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the item is exclusively due to its inspection—as would have been possible for you in a retail store. Furthermore, you can avoid the obligation to provide compensation for value for deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the item as if it were your own and by refraining from anything that impairs its value. Items that can be sent by parcel must be returned at our risk. You must bear the costs of the return shipment. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you upon sending your notice of withdrawal or the goods, and for us upon their receipt.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
